Recovery |
Since 1981, Madison Community Services has been delivering case management services and providing housing for persons 16+ years of age, experiencing serious and persistent mental health challenges in Toronto.
Madison supports our clients using the “recovery model”. Recovery means a lot to our staff, clients, their families and supports.
Recovery is aided by a safe & secure base; through quality housing.
Recovery is fostering a sense of meaning & building coping skills.
Recovery means believing in & building hope for a brighter future.
Recovery requires empowerment in one’s life and in one’s care.
Recovery needs social supports when times are good or tough.
Recovery is getting to know and appreciate one’s self.
Recovery means feeling socially included.
At Madison, “recovery” is not just a word or a slogan. It is the way we work with, and for, clients; resulting in better support and better outcomes.
At Madison…
Recovery is how we care.
